How is time stamping carried out for the summer/winter time changeover?

ibaPDA always stores the local, current time in the datfile, i.e. when switching to winter time the hour is doubled between 2h and 3h. Datfiles from other time zones always have the local time.

In ibaHD-Server the data are always stored with UTC time.
There is no summer/winter changeover at UTC time.

Chuck Norris has counted to infinity. Twice.
